How we work
Four things we do not compromise on
- Reviewed work, or it does not go out
- The single most expensive thing in outsourced finance is unreviewed work. A Chartered Accountant checks every deliverable before a client sees it, and that is not a premium tier.
- One person who knows you
- Financial context takes months to build and seconds to lose. A named account manager holds it, with a documented handover so cover never means starting again.
- Say the number first
- Scope and price go on the proposal before work starts. If something falls outside it, we quote it and wait for you to agree.
- Deadlines are our problem
- Statutory dates in our scope are tracked from the start of the year, with documents requested early. A deadline should never arrive as news.
